the staff at Renion were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially a receptionist named Irina. Despite the language barrier, she went above and beyond to assist us with organizing excursions and taxi transfers. the hotel itself was lovely, with spacious suites that were perfect for my family of four. the location was convenient, with direct buses to the city center and amenities like a supermarket, money exchange, and ATM nearby. We also enjoyed the nearby Football Land with its outdoor swimming pools, perfect for cooling off during the summer. it was a great stay and we plan on returning before heading back home. Cons: No issues.

Toilet tub didn't flush, which was fixed later on, but would like to have facilities working well. We didn't make for bfast since had to leave before the bfast time, soI would like them to arrange take away bfasts.

The price was favourable. The waitress in the breakfast restaurant mas nice regretting the delay in breakfast serving and persuaded me to get back to the restaurant and eat the porridge (even though I as in a hurry)

Room was not very clean. After the first day, no bedding or cleaning had been done. Internet in the lobby was not efficient. For instande the @ was not available. I asked for a reciet, was promissed one, but I never got it.

The room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed and the location was unbeatable! The food was delicious, the breakfast was very good. Location: the hotel was just off the adjoining restaurant and a quiet area and Almaty on a one night stopover between flights.

just didn't like that the case when the noise outside could easily come to my room. On the top of that, there were some prostitutes staying along the road from the downtown to the hotel.

1. Location is just bed. Pretty far from the city and really nothing around. Howeverif you dont want to go anywhere but just work, you can use taxi, that is really.cheap. 2. Internet access is free, but works from time to time. 3 service is amaterish and not helpful. They just did not want to talk to me about problems with internet access. 4. Bed sheets are new clean and white. Towels they got from the Hilton hotel (with their logo "h". Towels are old with some old spots.

Nice staff. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was OK. Located about 10 km from city center, what is about from 20min to 1h drive depending on traffic. As long as every car is a taxi, add 500 -1000 KZT for every travel from and to hotel.

Our standard twin room was impeccably clean and had a super comfy bed.

Loud music on weekends and horrible location, I felt unsafe so had to call expensive taxi all the time before going out of the hotel

There is only one person knowing English . It has bad experience to deal such a people who couldn't communicate with international tourists . The staff members are not cooperative and not helpful only money minded . One thing more staff mbers are very weak to calculate the room rent detail ,I have bad experience related with .

I had a late flight and was worried about check-out time, but at Renion, they allowed me to check out at 8 PM with no additional charges. What a relief!

The hotel is clean and tidy, staff is co-operative especially in the restaurant.

Wifi is not very good, People hardly know English even on reception. The biggest drawback is that they do not have a lift in the hotel.
